Portland Bolt manufactures custom bolts for both new construction and maintenance within the mining industry. We have supplied anchor bolts for new construction, headed bolts for conveyor systems, and sag rods for metal buildings.

Portland Bolt can manufacture virtually any special fasteners required for your application. Our extensive inventory of round bar includes 12 different grades of material in 23 different diameters ranging from 1/2” through 3-1/2”. We also use CNC equipment for any precision dimensional requirements.

Hex Bolts

Hex bolts are a commonly used construction fastener. We manufacture hex head bolts up to 2-1/2" in diameter.

Square Head Bolts

Square head machine bolts were the industry standard prior to hex bolts gaining prominence. We manufacture square bolts up to 2" in diameter.

Structural Bolts

Heavy hex structural bolts range from 1/2" to 1-1/2" diameter and are manufactured to ASTM A325 and A490 specifications.

Anchor Rods

A number of anchor rod configurations are available in a variety of material grades.

90° Anchor Bolt

Right angle bend anchor bolts are the one of the most common fastener for connecting steel to concrete.

Tie Rods

A tie rod assembly is used to brace steel columns or heavy timber beams. They are often used with turnbuckles or clevises.

Plates

Portland Bolt can punch and shear flat bar up to 1" thick. Angle assemblies with multiple holes are also available.
