Plate Fabrication

Our plate fabrication capabilities are designed to meet your most demanding needs with precision and efficiency. In conjunction with fabrication, we offer in-house hot-dip galvanizing to enhance the durability of your plates. This process provides superior corrosion resistance, ensuring that your components stand the test of time in harsh environments.

Plasma Cutting

Equipped with a high-performance plasma table, we can create a variety of shapes, including square, round, rectangular, and custom designs, from A36 steel, A572 Grade 50 steel, and stainless steel. Whether you’re looking for steel plates, washers, or specialized components, our expertise ensures that we deliver accurately —all up to 1 1/2″ thickness.

Flat Bar Shearing and Punching

Our 120 and 150-ton ironworkers give us the power to shear and punch steel flat bars into square and rectangular plates up to 3/4″ thick. This capability allows us to produce plates tailored to your specifications quickly and reliably.

The plates we fabricate serve a variety of applications, including washers, anchor plates, templates, and ring plates. Beyond fabrication, our certified welders can weld these plates to the embedded ends of anchor rods, to nuts, or to other plates, forming robust attachments for tie rod assemblies.

At our facilities, we combine cutting-edge technology with skilled craftsmanship to deliver fabricated steel plates that meet the highest quality and performance standards.
